Solana Beach Fish House has been a favorite local spot since 1994. It is family owned and operated, so if your a fan of Mom and Pop restaurants it doesn't get better then this! We have some of the freshest seafood in town and have some great secret recipes that keep you coming back for more. There is a large Mediterranean influence in the recipes so you can't find anything like it. You will have to come see for yourself.

We offer a variety of dishes that vary from your old fashion fish 'n' chips (which we like to call comfort food!) to great healthy mesquite grilled selections. We don't have a "fresh fish of the day" because ALL our fish is always fresh. We are popular for many entrees but one of my favorites is the Paella which we start serving on Thursday nights until it's gone, so you have to hurry in to try it for yourself.  We also have our special Cioppino sauce that we make from scratch and add the seafood in per order. We also offer great lunch specials. Our menu has a taste of everything, grilled fish, fried fish, Mexican entrees, Italian entrees...you name we will make it!
